I want to teach you everything

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which beautiful stretching is one of the first places. It is very important to sit on the twine correctly, to do a spine stretch, etc. For many years I have learnt it and now I want to share my knowledge with you. Having expert experience in this subject, I will try to show and explain to you as clearly as possible how to stretch various muscles of the body. Please note that the lessons will be divided into different levels of fitness and age categories.
